O programador PKT2v3.0 foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso aos estudantes, hobbistas, engenheiros e demais profissionais da área a tecnologia proporcionada pelos micro controladores da Família PIC da Microchip, utilizando a porta USB que esta disponível em todos os computadores,notebooks,net books atualmente.Este programador pode ser utilizado com firmware e programas aplicativos padrões da Microchip, tais como PICKit2e MPLAB.
