Minha opnião: Gosto muito deste dvd, são aulas curtas de 10 minutos que se ajustaram perfeitamente a minha falta de tempo para fazer as atividades físicas. Todos os 5 intervalos são bem desafiadores e vc vai queimar calorias com prazer (pelo menos as pessoas que gostam de dançar). Propostas da aula: codicionamento aeróbico e tonificação muscular. A dança Latina trabalha todo o corpo, em especial os pernas, abdómen e quadris.
