This is a great collectable ROBOCOP figure that is the first talking audiotronic version and made in 1993 which comes in the original box and complete with all weapon attachments including the ak-47 style clip which is often missing from most examples

As you can clearly see he is 100% working with the sound being clear in both the figure and weapon alike with the face still lighting up when operated  as does the light and sound mechanisms in the replacement arm weapon, the battery compartment is slightly rusty on the main figure 

The box does show minor signs of slight shelf ware with crease to the top flap and tape damage, 15mm rip to the front and crease to the pointing finger and small dent to the front bottom right of box but otherwise is still a highly collectable piece from the ROBOCOP toy range
