Ink information
The HP Designjet printer uses a Modular Ink Delivery System (MIDS), which delivers ink under pressure from the large-capacity off-axis ink cartridges to the printheads. This system provides a set of two ink sets: dye-based and pigment-based ultraviolet (UV) inks. Consistent colors are produced from one print to the next.
