Perfecting personal training, the Platinum Plus gives you everything you need to get the results you've always wanted. Simply choose one of nine result-specific workouts built right into the Personal Trainer console and the Platinum Plus will automatically adjust your resistance and count your reps and sets for you. Or, change your resistance manually with a single press of a button.
Weider Platinum Plus Home Gym:
