There is a stainless steel Knuckle-Saver post in the center of the chicken loop for more comfortable unhooked maneuvers. We also added a new smaller, streamlined cozy for the Clip & Ride release to prevent any parts from floating away upon emergency release. No more knot adjustment system. Now you can adjust your center lines simply and quickly on the beach.
CLIP & RIDE QUICK RELEASE SYSTEM:
A quick release system that may save your life. Clip & Ride is designed for emergency situations only. It works so well that it requires a full reboot at the beach (more details below).

QUICK RELEASE SYSTEM:Clip & Ride gives you safety, options, and peace of mind. Pick your size based on your personal preference in riding style. This is a safety system for emergency situations only. Once you fire, you're heading back to reboot at the beach. Four options: Small, medium (shown on bar above), large, and a shackle option. The medium loop Clip & Ride comes standard on 2006 bars.
