    A: The SuperStack 3 Switch 4400 SE Enhanced Software Upgrade (SKU 3C17207)ships with a CD and a license document. This material has the information needed to upgrade your switch over the Internet. You go to the specified web URL, enter the licence number in your material, along with the serial number of the unit you are upgrading, and you will get back an authentication key. That key allows you to upgrade the software on that particular unit.
